Day Trip To The Farm With The Family

So I recently went to Standalone Farm in Letchworth which is near to where I live. It's a cute working farm literally in the middle of some fields. I have been coming to Standalone Farm since I was a baby and my mum even went when she was younger, It hasn't changed at all! The signs where it says 'feed the goats and chickens for £1' have the same writing and photos on, the play area/picnic area is the same and same with all of the animal encloseurs.

I know this post is a little different to normal, but I had such a nice time at the farm and I'm a teenager! So weather you come to this one if you live close by or to any farm I'm sure you will have a lovely time no matter what your age is.

I actually done my weeks worth of work experience here in 2011 and I loved it! - I got to herd goats, feed all of the animals ( and clean them out ), groom the donkeys and ponies, take the Shetland ponies around to be petted by the public, and feed the baby calfs and pigs.

This pony was actually born a girl and a boy, so they made her into a girl, that's why her neck is lop sided.
